What Makes It Uncommon

Sure, you've got experience...but are you weird enough to get the job? Welcome to the workplace of weird—where the job descriptions are outrageous, the applicants are unqualified (on purpose), and the boss changes every round. In this madcap game, you’ll compete to land the job by pitching your absurd resumé—crafted by your fellow players, no less. Are you a compulsive liar? You're hired. Got an evil hamster in your pocket? Hired! No problem with attempting a maximum security prison break? Hired, hired, HIRED!! It's bizarre, it's brilliant, and it’s guaranteed to make the whole gang laugh themselves all the way to payday.

  • Each round, players use randomly drawn (and totally ridiculous) traits from their "resumés" to pitch themselves to "The Boss" as the best choice for a wild mission.
  • The Boss hires their favorite candidates by giving them a "Big Buck"—the player with the most Bucks at the end wins.
  • Write-in traits make every game unique, with players creating each other’s outlandish appearance, experience, and inventories.
  • Introvert-friendly and laugh-out-loud fun, no improv chops required.
  • Flexible content is clean by default, but easy to steer toward more adult humor.
  • Includes everything you need: 75 Mission Cards, 25 Big Bucks, three Category Cards, notepad, pencils, and rulebook.

HILARIOUS. could not stop laughing

Played at a bachelorette and we were all cackling. Even the girls who don't usually like games were having fun. I think the bride peed from laughing. And the box is so cute!

Love this game!
